What People Are Saying About My Books

Nothing Short of Incredible

I love this book! I was captivated from the first sentence, and the story kept me on edge through the entire book. I did not want to put it down, and couldn’t read it fast enough.

It’s the perfect mix of history, intrigue, suspense, and excellent story telling! He combined this with the seamless integration of multiple eras in a way that seemed completely natural. It’s truly masterful, and I think the author is a very gifted writer. It’s the kind of story that stays with you, well beyond the ending of the book. I can’t wait to read all of his work. I’m a fan for life!

Another Ashman Triumph

Most books set in the medieval era depict the idealistic ‘glory and honour’ category which often results in a boy’s own adventure with a history lesson thrown in. Kevin Ashman does not follow this time worn route but presents a very clever plot with what I can only term ‘real’ characters. As usual the historical research is impeccable and every character believable. We follow the growth of the main character from boy to man as he struggles against the machinations of the church, the zealots and villains of the time and, sometimes, his own conscience. What a wonderful story! I sincerely hope there is a follow up to come. Highly recommended reading.

Another brilliant book

I am quickly getting through all of this great author’s books. I was hooked on the first book I read, and he has never let me down with any of his others I have read so far.

Vampire, another amazing story, you can not even anticipate what is going to happen next. This is NOT the run of the mill teenage vampire scenarios if that is what you are expecting. This is everything you don’t expect and more. Mr. Ashman has not only an amazing imagination, but is able to put it all in writing no mean feat. I would love to see his work used as films. I would expect them to be big box office sell-outs. Can’t wait to go and read his Roman series now.
